Hi there,

Welcome to the 9th edition of "State of anew sleep".

Every month I share snippets of what I (and the team) at anew sleep are working on.

Here's what happened.

Scaling leadgen heavily

We worked on our email marketing and made some strategic shifts to keep momentum high. We redirected over 30% of our ad spend to lead generation activities, making sure our audience is primed and ready for the Q4 peak season.

We also introduced multiple lead magnets across the website to capture and engage new users right from the start.

And here’s some exciting news:
Klaviyo recently launched SMS marketing in Denmark.

Now, we’re not just growing our email list; we’re capturing phone numbers, too.

This new channel will be a game-changer, giving us a fresh way to connect with our audience as we head into the busiest season of the year.

I expect we will be running multiple tests on SMS during November.

Optimizing for better content

To drive further efficiency and boost creative output, we’ve also been working with the tool Motion.

Since content drives 70% of Meta performance (according to Meta themselves), we're always looking to improve our approach to content.

What I like about Motion is their reports. It help us pinpoint the creative elements that perform well, offering a clear picture of what resonates with our audience and how we should create, iterate and optimize content for anew sleep.

With Motion, we can group ads by shared attributes and track how content performs, giving us a clear roadmap for creating impactful ads.

💡
If you're serious about creating better ads for performance, then Motion is a good idea. But it is expensive and you need to leverage it correctly.

If you want a free trial to test it out (I can give out 3 free trials currently) - then write me an e-mail at kl@kristian-larsen.com

As we integrate Motion’s insights into our creative workflow, we’re confident we’ll see more targeted, data-driven results from our Meta campaigns.

Conclusion

Thanks for reading so far. I will be doing this every month. If there's something specific you want to hear about in these updates: Shoot me a message on LinkedIn.

See you in a month.
